Only a 6 weeks before we need the rest of the money in [$14,957], so please include us in your prayers. We have only 2 monthes before we leave! Please pray that God's will would be done in the greatest ways for the people of Bolivia!
I don't want these brave young people's stories to be forgotten. So in an effort to glorify for his provision so far, let me introduce you to a few ladies on the Bolivia Team...

"To be honest, I signed up for this trip with a particularly fiery sureness. I was sure that I was meant to go and overly confident that I’d have no problem raising the funds.
But since step one, needless to say, my optimistic outlook has taken several blows below the belt! God has been stretching me to learn the art of trust, while simultaneously teaching me to draw upon Him for my strength, enthusiasm, and a sustained sense of purpose because I began to struggle with whether or not our mission was truly worth the struggle. I was feeling the weight of souls, the weight of preparation, and of course the weight of financial deadlines. Whether or not I am privileged enough to encounter first-hand life change, He is reassuring me (and His sureness is reliable!) that my obedience is beautiful to Him and that He longs to give me the heart that leaves the comforts of the ninety-nine in order to go after the one. The one is precious to Him."Cristina Targa

"I am that person that hates to ask for things from others specially if its a number of people. Since the beginning, God and I wrestled the thought of asking for money. There was a turning point; God and I wrestled intensely for a few days, and I came out determined to follow God even if His purpose only for me to obey. Today I am only $300 away from my $2500 goal to be able to join my teammates on the trip. God is tremendously gracious to me in this season."
[Note. Cristina is recently engaged to this --> handsome man, Kevin. :)]

"I come from a famil
y of 7, was educated at home by my mom, and have been studying at Gainesville State College since God called me into nursing a couple years ago. Because God has blessed my family I am fully provided for in every essential area I could ask, but thanks to my encouraging parents I never really have to do so. To be able to go to Bolivia I found that I would need to raise $2500, strengthen my faith, and deepen my dependence. When I found out about the Bolivia trip I knew the Lord was allowing me an opportunity to reach out to His children in a way I wouldn't have been able to before, but I had to learn how to ASK God for something-not for forgiveness, patience, or strength, but for money! It's been through this fund-raising process that I've learned how God wants us all to ask for big favors, specific asks, and expect big in return. I realize that God loves to reveal his sovereignty to those who are eager for the opportunity to be a part of His greater plan, whose minds and hearts are fully willing to follow wherever He leads, and I'm both humbled and overjoyed to be a part of it."
